Abstract
Ring-enhancing lesions are one of the most frequently encountered abnormalities on neuroimaging and can be expression of infectious, neoplastic, vascular or inflammatory disease. In particular, they are currently considered a possible radiological pattern of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) [1]. We report a case of Multiple Sclerosis with atypical ring-enhancing lesions: clinicians should be aware of the possible unusual radiological presentation of this very common inflammatory disease.
