Abstract

Most of the data on the use of Letrozole in poor responder patients combine Letrozole with high-dose gonadotropins (Gn) (225-600IU). Our aim is to compare pregnancy outcomes of mild ovarian stimulation with 150 IU rFSH/HMG in combination with (Let-Gn-ant) or without Letrozole (Gn-ant) in patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) undergoing IVF-ICSI.
