Abstract

Considering the complexity of the maglev system, failure is associated among parts, but the traditional event tree/failure tree model assumes that failure events are independent from each other, ignoring the impact of associated failure, this will result in risk assessment does not match the actual system risks, and it will bring a potential problem with the operation of maglev train if we don't explore the common cause failure event group fully. To solve this problem, this paper proposed the risk modeling method of the failure tree considering the common cause failure. Based on the traditional failure tree, this paper focused on the algorithm of implicit failure tree considering the probability of common cause failure. Finally, this paper took the suspension control system of maglev train as an example, verified the validity and applicability of the risk analysis failure tree model that considered common cause failure.
