Abstract
It has been suggested that abnormal ductus venosus (DV) pulsatility index (PI) is a better predictive parameter of adverse perinatal outcome than umbilical artery (UA) PI. Recently, it has been reported that middle cerebral artery (MCA) peak systolic velocity (PSV) predicts perinatal mortality better than MCA-PI. The aim of this study was to compare the performance of MCA-PSV and DV-PI in predicting perinatal mortality.
