Abstract
Describes the use of two frequencies for measurements of the electron density N and the collision frequency nu in overdense plasma cylinders produced inside capillary tubes. The determination of N and nu is based on the measurement of the reflection coefficient in a rectangular waveguide crossed by the plasma.
