Abstract

Fast synthesis of a series 9H-carabzole-2-carboxylic acids enantiomers 9—13 by N-alkylation reaction of the carbazole and bromo ester under microwave irradiation is described using DMF as solvent. The HPLC optical resolution of these enantiomers were performed on amylose tris-(phenylcarbamate)-coated aminopropylated silica gel (ATPC) column.
