Abstract

The solid-state method was used to prepare LiZn4V3O12 ceramics. The phase composition, crystal structure and micromorphology of ceramics were studied in detai. The XRD data and rietveld refinement revealed that LiZn4V3O12 ceramics were composed of LiZnVO4 and Zn3V2O8, with a content ratio of 1:3. The results indicate that the εr and Q × f value of LiZn4V3O12 ceramics were related to the relative density. When the LiZn4V3O12 ceramics sintered at, 720 °C for 4 h, possessed a high relative density (96.71%), a low εr value (11.51), a high Q × f value (53891 GHz (11.5 GHz)), and a negative τf value (−25.58 ppm/°C). The XRD and SEM analyses have demonstrated that LiZn4V3O12 ceramic can coexist with the Ag electrode, indicating there is the great potential for application in the field in LTCC application.
