Abstract
Objective To sum up micro-surgical treatment of traumatic cerebellar hematoma and improve the quality of surgery, reduce complications and mortality. Methods Section 4 in recent years by micro-surgical treatment of 20 cases of traumatic intracerebral hematoma small retrospective analysis of the study.Results The results of a small hematoma in 14 cases to remove residual 2~3ml 6 cases, 12 cases were cured (60%), the effect of 5 cases (25%) and 3 died (15%), failure of the brain stem.Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of traumatic small hematoma is more safe, effective, less complications of the surgery.
