Abstract
Nasolabial and glabellar wrinkles have been treated using a new microsurgical technique. This technique consists of two steps, both performed under a microscope: 1) microsurgical peeling of tissue surrounding the wrinkle, and 2) direct excision of the wrinkle. This procedure was performed on approximately 30 patients. All results showed effective diminishing of the treated wrinkle with almost no conspicuous scarring.
