The treatment strategy was resection of the tumors by microsurgery and effective management of the sagittal sinus and falx intraopemtively. The effect was also analyzed. Results Total resection was achieved in 19 cases, including Simpson grade I in 2, Ⅱ in 13 and Ⅲ in 4,and subtotal resection in 2.
