Abstract
With the electrification of power sources, vibration and noise caused by internal combustion engines have been reduced. However, road noise caused by uneven road surfaces has become relatively more noticeable. At the same time, the demand for At the same time, the demand for lightweight vehicles is becoming more stringent from the standpoint of improving fuel efficiency and electricity costs. Road noise noise is generated by the lower part of the vehicle body, and it is necessary to efficiently suppress vibrations from floor panels and other parts of the vehicle. The floor panels and other parts are required to suppress vibrations efficiently. In this study, we focus on porous foams, which are widely used as soundproofing materials. The microstructure that improves the vibration suppression performance of steel panels is The homogenization method based on the asymptotic expansion method is used to investigate the microstructure that improves the vibration damping performance of steel panels.
