Abstract
microRNAs ale recently discovered,small,non-coding,single-strand RNAs,which can regulate gene expression posttranscriptionally. They are abnormally expressed in many diseases and act as the totalswitchof disease development.Psoriatic lesions have an abnormal microRNA expression profile when compared with normal skin and other chronic inflammatory skin diseases, such as atopic eczema. To investigate the role of specific microRNAs in psoriasis may benefit the elucidation of pathogenesis as well as the development of target gene therapy of psoriasis.
