Abstract
Abstract Micro-pore formation in a monolayer of stearic acid on a glass plate was able to be visualized on the electron microscopic scale. We assumed the origin of numerous micro-pores in a film structure. Finally, we were able to prepare a monolayer of stearic acid without any micro-pore.
