Abstract

This article discusses the histological structure of the glandular stomach of 6 months aged ducks (Mulard breed) in the norm and after combined effects of mycotoxins DON and fumonisin. Their value exceeded the maximum permissible concentration (MPC) in feed. We studied pieces of different parts of the glandular stomach – top, bodies and isthmus. It has been revealed that with the combined effect of mycotoxins in the mucous membrane of the glandular part of the stomach there is an infiltration of the mucous layer i by round-cell elements, mainly lymphocytes, desquamation of the epithelium lining the cavity of the internal glands and fragmentary lysis of cells forming the wall of the internal glands, vasculitis. There is myocyte lysis in the muscle membrane.
