Abstract

The dynamic susceptibility spectra of antidot array films with two sublattices were investigated using the three-dimensional object-oriented micromagnetic framework (OOMMF) code with two-dimensional periodic boundary condition (2DPBC) extension. Due to the nonuniformity of the static magnetization patterns, two main resonance peaks are found in our investigation when the diameter ratio of the two sublattices varies from 5:5 to 5:3. The higher peak is around 12 GHz and can be identified with the precession of magnetization between the next-nearest neighbor holes (region A). The lower one, located around 4 GHz, is owing to the precession of magnetization between the nearest neighbor holes (region B). A new peak appears when diameter ratio is 5:2, 5:1, and 5:0. The new peak can be attributed to the change of the local effective field caused by the decrease of inner diameter of D2 of one of the sublattices.
