Abstract
The microbiome of the uterus of cows with acute postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis is represented by Streptococcus faecium, Citrobacter freundii, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Proteus vulgaris. Conditionally pathogenic microflora was predominant. Of all the tested praparations (Geomytsin, Enroflon, Mitrek), the highest zone of growth inhibition to most of the isolated microflora isolates was noted in the preparation Mitrek. The growth inhibition zone in Proteus vulgaris was 28.22 ± 2.37 mm, Staphylococcus aureus - 26.34 ± 1.34 mm, Streptococcus faecium - 33.0 ± 2.13 mm, Escherichia coli - 25.52 ± 1.55 mm, Citrobacter freundii - 21.4 ± 0.00 mm, Staphylococcus pyogenes - 19.09 ± 0.66 mm.
