Abstract

The creation of advanced photodetectors as a single integrated electronic device is discussed. The main characteristics of low-capacity (0.5 W at ~77 K) Stirling microcryogenic gas refrigerating machines (MCGRM) produced by leading foreign and domestic manufacturers are presented. The use of Stirling MCGRM in cooling systems of satellite navigation and surveillance photodetectors is justified.
