Abstract

We use a microcanonical simulation to obtain the phase diagram in the temperature-concentration space of the three-dimensional site-diluted Ising model, for concentrations of magnetic atoms in the range 1\ensuremath{\ge}p\ensuremath{\ge}0.4. The temperature and concentration dependence of the magnetization, internal energy, and specific heat are calculated on 32\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}32\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}32 lattices. The resulting phase diagram agrees well with recent Monte Carlo simulations and extends the numerical estimates up to the regime of strong dilution.
