Abstract

Electrochemical polymerization of aniline with application of supersonic, low frequency sine wave electric field (alternative current, AC), and electrolysis of water was carried out. This method provides production of O2 and H2 micro bubbles by electrolysis of water, depolarization of bubbles at the electrode surface with mechanical vibration by supersonic, good diffusions of ions in the electrolyte solution, and progress of electro-polymerization to yield conductive polymer with fine pores on the surface. Combination of electronic function of the conductive polymer and micro pores on the polymer surface can be applied for collector of dusts and flower pollen as an allergen.
