Abstract
Cultivation of college students' prosocial behavior is an effective approach for their moral education. Using internet for moral education of college students is a new task endowed by the new time. As a brand new platform for college students' prosocial behavior cultivation, MicroBlog has its distinctive advantages in carrying and delivering moral education information. Therefore, moral education workers should be adapted to the changes of times and actively develop the new platform of MicroBlog form their moral education.
