Abstract

Freedom of speech, as a fundamental right of citizens, was incorporated into the constitution in many major countries and our country's constitution is no exception. Freedom of speech, as the basic rights of the public, cannot be deprived by the government, which is also a means to achieve other basic rights. Freedom of speech can impose necessary control on the government: freedom of speech can not only minimize the abuse of government power, but also prompt the government to better meet the basic demands of the public. In contemporary China, microblog has obtained a carnival-like vigorous grass-roots vitality, so that users can enjoy the pleasure of freedom of speech. However, rights can not abuse any freedom and must be moderate. In the exercise of freedom of speech, microblog must accept the law of legitimate regulation.
