Abstract
AbstractFused silica columns (320 μm i.d.) were packed with 10 μm, 15–25 μm, and 25–40 μm microcrystalline cellulose triacetate (CTA) and the influence of the particle diameter on column efficiency was investigated. The dependence of retention, selectivity, resolution, and analysis time on column temperature was studied for the separation of several racemates on microcolumns packed with 15–25 μm CTA. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
