Abstract

Abstract.—One of the multiple variants of mycosis fungoides is granulomatous mycosis fungoides, a rare form difficult to differenciate histologically from other conditions with granulomatous features.We report the case of a 68-year-old woman with an erythemato- edematous plaque, 5 × 5 cm in size, on the chin; it was unchanged during 12 years. Several biopsies showed the same features.
