Abstract

AbstractAn efficient and convenient method for the chemoselective construction of C−S and C−N bonds via simple Michael addition was reported. Thus, by using benzothiazol‐2‐thiol/benoxazol‐2‐thiol and α, β‐unsaturated ester as starting substrates, C−S and C−N bonds could be chemoselectively constructed by addition reaction in different solvents. This protocol featured high chemoselectivity, high atomic economy, mild conditions, good functional tolerance and good to excellent yields, showing potential value for the preparation of some biologically and pharmaceutically active compounds.
