Abstract
Metzler Fund Xchange (MFX) provides added value to all parties involved in the mutual fund investment process: investors, independent financial advisors (IFAs), investment managers. MFX is the first IT platform in the investment market that connects IFAs, investment managers, custodian and investor. Using MFX investors can invest in any registered investment fund — regardless to the investment management firm. IFAs can offer any registered investment fund. This new concept will contribute to lower transaction and adminstration cost, faster processing of transactions, efficient reporting and controlling, reliable accounting for fees and — at the end of the day — to customer satisfaction.
