Abstract
目的 探讨倍他洛克联用奥美拉唑治疗肝炎后肝硬化合并消化性溃疡的疗效.方法 按双盲法随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组使用一般保肝、抗纤维化等常规治疗,治疗组此基础上加用倍他洛克12.5mg,每天2次,奥美拉唑20mg,每天1次,口服,疗程4～8周,治疗后作胃镜复查对比.结果 治疗组治疗后复查胃镜愈合8例,较前缩小15例,而对照组常规治疗后复查胃镜无1例愈合,较前缩小7例,两组比较差异明显.结论 倍他洛克联用奥美拉唑是一种对肝炎后肝硬化合并消化性溃疡治疗有效的方法。
