Abstract
Sugar syrups are used by beekeepers as an additional source of food for bees during the off-season (late autumn and early spring). It was found that the scientific and practical results of the scientists of Uzbekistan to solve these problems are insufficient. In order to address these shortcomings to some extent, the research has selected sugar corn juice, which is rich in carbohydrates, various vitamins and micro and macro elements, suitable for the climatic conditions of the Republic. The main task of our research is to develop a method of extracting the juice by processing them, purifying them from various physicochemical compounds and feeding them to bees as sufficient raw material base for the production of different varieties of sugar corn juice selected as the object of research. The purpose of our research is to scientifically substantiate the methods of processing the varieties of sugar corn “Uzbekistan 18”, “Karabosh” and “Oranjevoe-160” to extract the juice from the stem, purify them and use them as food for bees.
