Abstract

1. Contactless methods of measuring hole diameters with one optical probe (perflectometer) can reduce the measurement error for small hole diameters (0.2–40 mm) to within ±1.4–1.9 μ. 2. Contactless methods of measuring hole diameters with two optical probes have the advantage of relative measurement and can reduce the error in measuring hole diameters to ±2 μ.
