Abstract
This paper discusses the methods of information proceeding by the comtemporary computers. It is necessary to use the methods of compression and re-regulation the information by means of rising the level of abstraction and information Significance the effective use of which depends on real subject field tasks.The new technology of knowledge representation and dissemination consists in producing problem-oriented dialogue systems (PODS) with further their transferring to the personal computers within physical memory carriers.The methods of knowledge representation in the problem of simulation different types of subject fields, demands to the PODS-user interaction and principles of its construction are discussed here.The offering methods are used in modelling dialogue system for preliminary medical diagnostics and decision making concerning the tactics of medical aid.
