Abstract

In vivo dermopharmacokinetic research can directly disclose the action intensity, dose-effect relationship, and metabolic rhythm of topical and systemic drugs in target sites, which will contribute to the scheduling of reasonable dosage and dosing interval and provide a basis for rational application of drugs. The methods for in vivo dermopharmacokinetic research include tape stripping, dermal microdialysis, suction blistering, biopsy, agar gel disc test, spectroscopic analysis, etc. Key words: Skin; Pharmacokinetics; Methods
