Counterparties can choose any optimal delivery option. This algorithm provides export-oriented companies with an opportunity to find a balance between contract costs and benefits taking into account the time factor. An innovative logistic method has been developed for calculating delivery costs under the Incoterms rules. It accounts for bank guarantees and insurance, various modes of transport and short-term lending methods. The research results allow export-oriented companies to choose optimal delivery terms taking into account most of the key factors of the logistics strategy. The conclusions drawn can be used when implementing various export projects that solve urgent problems of optimization of logistics strategies and contribute to the entry into new markets.
