Abstract
Thermocouple, resistance temperature detector (RID) and integrated temperature sensor are commonly used in industrial temperature measurement devices, they are important devices to achieve temperature's measurement and control. Temperature sensor is one of the fastest growing and most widely used sensors. The lower limit of thermocouple is −270°C, while its maximum can be 1800°C; common thermal resistance used now are platinum resistance and copper resistance, platinum resistance's temperature range is from −200°C to 960°C, copper thermal resistance is commonly used to be industrial resistance thermometer within the detection range from-50 to 150 °C; LM35 integrated temperature sensor's measurable range is from 2°C to 150°C.
