Abstract

This article describes the most popular methods of research of corporate culture. The possibilities of application of these methods, as well as their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. It is indicated that it is preferable to use quantitative methods that allow to more clearly prove the impact of corporate culture on the key performance indicators of the enterprise. Methods of research of culture of the organization depending on the parameters which are the Central elements of research are allocated. The most common methods for identifying the predominant type of corporate culture, modeling its future type are indicated. The approaches to the study of corporate culture are revealed. It is concluded that the timely diagnosis of the culture of the organization is one of the tools in solving the most important strategic tasks of the top management of the organization. Noted that the optimal combination of methods and approaches in the study of corporate culture will ensure the provision of reliable information, the use of which will improve the impact of staff and will enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the organization.
