METHODOLOGY OF PREPARATION OF A HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOR ACCREDITATION ACCORDING TO THE QUALITY EVALUATION CRITERIA OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS NR. 1 AND 2

Abstract

On the basis of the experience gained in preparing a higher military educational institution for the accreditation of educational programs and conducting accreditations as an expert, the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in a higher military educational institution were identified and the method of preparation for accreditation was determined. Features include: regulating the relationship between a monopsonic employer – the state – and higher education applicants; participation in the organization of the educational process of governing bodies of the relevant military formations acting on behalf of the employer and through which a state order for the training of specialists is carried out; formation of their individual educational trajectories only by the block model.Preparation for accreditation is proposed to be carried out on the basis of the order of the head of a higher military educational institution as a guarantor of the educational program. Upon receipt of the order, the guarantor shall: 1) become aware of the task through a detailed examination of the Guidelines for Experts; 2) determine the measures to be taken immediately to prepare the units of the higher military educational establishment for accreditation and calculates the time; 3) orient the Head of the Faculty, the Head of the graduating department, the heads of the departments involved in the implementation of the educational program, the head of the course) about future actions; 4) assess the situation by examining the materials of the meetings of the National Agency; 5) define the plan and report it to the head of the faculty; 6) according to the results of the discussion, the design completes the formulation of the draft list of measures that must be taken in the process of preparation for accreditation of the educational program, and their content, transfers it on command to the head of a higher military educational institution; 7) after signing the order by the head of a higher military educational institution, the guarantor of the educational program organizes interaction and supervises the execution of the order.
