Abstract

In the management structure of industrial enterprises, it is required to create an integrated security system that includes industry-specific areas (industrial and fire safety, labor protection, environmental and information security, antiterrorist security of the facility). To solve this problem, a methodological rationale is presented in obtaining indicators of the influence (impact) of each of the services, which makes it possible to identify problem points in the management of the complex security system under consideration. The approaches using existing methods in the complex security of enterprises are analyzed, the features of their application are considered. At the stage of analytical research, it is proposed to use the method of direct deterministic factor analysis, with the help of which it becomes possible to detail the indicators of the influence of factors, to break them down into components. At the stage of synthesizing the obtained analytical results, it is proposed to use the goal tree method based on inverse calculations, which makes it possible to obtain the coefficients of increment (decreasing) of gaps (erroneous actions) of service personnel arising in the dynamic process of fulfilling their labor relations. An example of solving an inverse problem based on the construction of a tree of goals is presented, which is characterized by ease of use, clarity, dynamism, versatility and uniformity
