Abstract
Due to the emergence of numerous difficulties and challenges in various fields of scientific research and its techniques, and the continuous increase in the number of scientific research in its various forms (theses, articles, dissertations, interventions, memoranda, reports...) published and unpublished, this study aims to contribute as much as possible to ensuring the quality of scientific research in general, especially in the technical aspect related to writing research and conducting studies, and the control of various methodological techniques by the researcher (preparation, collection, preparation, and writing of research in its various forms, reviewing, publishing, and implementing them in reality if possible).
