Methodology of analysis of information and communication process as a theoretical basis for the development of information society

Abstract

The urgency of the study is that the conceptualization of the methodological foundations of the information and communication is represented. Statement of the task - the article reflects the most advanced methods that allowed to analyze the essence and importance of the information and communication for the further development of the information society. The methodology is considered as the model of the ideal knowledge and the program (algorithms) of the knowledge of the information and communication process. The main purpose of the article is to find out: to what extent the methodology of analysis of information and communication allows to deepen the analysis of the information society. The analysis of recent researches and publications - the article presents a number of formulations of the information and communication (V.Voronkova, O.Kivlyuk, O.Sosnin, O.Punchchenko), which give an opportunity to deeply penetrate into its content and to present a complete picture of the statements. The selection of unexplored parts of the general problem is the conceptualization of the methodology in the context of the innovative approach and the formation of its own author's position regarding the penetration of the essence of the information and communication process. The methodology involves the use of systemic, structural-functional, comparative, hermeneutic, axiological and other methods and approaches, which allowed to analyze deeply the information and communicative as a social phenomenon and a dynamic phenomenon. Statement of the problem - an explication of the concepts informational and communicative process is presented in the article. Attention is drawn to the fact that the information and communication affects the deepening of communication, information, informatization and the effectiveness of their implementation in organizations of open type. Presenting main material. The study constantly focuses on understanding the concepts of the information and communication in scientific research and presents their comparative analysis. This made it possible to conceptually present the concept of the information and communication process, which increases its theoretical and practical significance. At the heart of the concept of the development of information and communication - the viability of organizations, the development of which is based on information, communication and informatization.
