Abstract
Development of the tools over Soft OR (Soft Operations Research) have had little practical level in organizational management. Today the realization of case studies where these issues are discussed, worthwhile to publicize this, because it could contain a replicable methodology. This article discusses the integration of two sciences into the Systems Thinking SOFT OR: Cybernetics (Viable System Model and VIPLAN methodology) and Complexity Sciences (Complex Adaptive Systems) for the design and implementation of the strategy for the Rafael Uribe Uribe State Social Enterprise Hospital in Bogota DC (Colombia).
