Abstract
The article develops a methodology for statistical assessment of the resilience index of territories, a distinctive feature of which is the design of a consolidated assessment as a synthesis of blocks of adapted indicators of the Global Resilience Index, which made it possible for the first time to obtain summary and block estimates of economic resilience in Belarus, as well as to rank the EAEU countries in terms of economic resilience among 27 countries of Europe and Central Asia.
