Russian Abstract: Основной целью исследования является проведение оценки вклада систем образования субъектов Российской Федерации в их социально-экономическое развитие. В работе рассматриваются два подхода к оценке вклада образования в социально-экономическое развитие субъектов Российской Федерации: на основе узкого понятия «человеческого капитала» и на основе трансформации образовательного потенциала в трудовой.English Abstract: The main purpose of the study is to assess the contribution of education systems of the Russian Federation in their socio-economic development. The paper considers two approaches to assessing the contribution of education to the socio-economic development of regions of the Russian Federation on the basis of a narrow concept of human capital and based on the transformation of the educational potential in the labor force.
