Abstract

The article presents the possibilities of applying the methodology of modeling the spread of pollutants in the air from open burning of waste using the Gaussian Model of I generation, in the case of modifying the assumptions for the input data, in terms of emission heights and meteorological parameters adopted for modeling. The model was adapted to the assumptions of the SCM model (Source Characterization Model). The publication indicates the suitability of using the described methodology in determinated conditions to forecast the spread of the pollution cloud.
