Abstract
The state of social development in the conditions of formation of market relations and the formation of agglomerations is analyzed. The main attention is focused on the industries that contribute to the formation of the main productive force – the human person and contribute to the growth of the living standards of the population. The positive and negative aspects of development are revealed, the essence of agglomerations is revealed, their role in the socio-economic development of the country and the improvement of the welfare of the population; In this aspect, foreign experience has been investigated.
