Abstract

This article reflects the current understanding of the processes of exclusion and inclusion of the national higher school, the results of a sociological study of students' heterogeneous groups of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University in the framework of the joint European project "Initial and further education and training for educationalists and managers in education in the field of diversity", design of resources, conditions for teachers' training. Empirical data form the basis for the development of inclusive educational space a model of the University and the Strategic plan for the development of inclusive education in the region.
