Abstract

The article deals with the main methodological approaches to the formation of the personality of future specialists-leaders in higher education institutions of Ukraine. It is determined that dynamic changes in all spheres of professional activity of modern specialists require changes in the educational paradigm and the definition of methodological approaches to professional training and education of leading specialists in higher education institutions. The attention is focused on the fact that the phenomenon of leadership is one of the most important system-forming factors that ensure the organization and functioning of social production in the broadest sense of the term. It is indicated that the consideration of personal, activity, systemic, synergetic, competence, culturological and axiological approaches in the educational process will contribute to the formation of a high level of professionalism of future specialists-leaders in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
