Abstract
The article deals with an urgent problem in the methodology and organization of rehabilitation for patients with disorders in the locomotor system. The following aspects are discussed: improvement of the system of the patient rehabilitation on the basis of modern requirements of the legislature in action for rehabilitation; registration, licensing and certification of the existing rehabilitation centres; development of special programmes for rehabilitation. It is suggested to create, together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, a coordination council at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine aimed at improvement of rehabilitation measures and provision of patients with technical means for their rehabilitation.
