Abstract

Analysis of housing construction in the Russian Federation showed that the development and regulation of the segment of the housing market for the integrated development of territories for residential development, is a priority national socio-economic task. Currently in the construction complex of the country it can provide a maximum supply of affordable housing from major developers that in the context of the turbulent economy it is especially important. In this regard great scientific and practical interest is the modeling of the investment value of land plots for housing development. The article presents the results of research on the development of the main stages of the method of calculation of the investment cost of land plots for integrated residential development areas, and give an algorithm of its application.
