Abstract

Based on the innovation basis of organizational and economic changes taking place in the investment and construction complex, there was shown the feasibility of following the methodology of project management during the implementation of innovation activity in the construction of underground facilities. There were determined the key difficulties arising during the implementation of investment and construction projects with application of the novelties, and namely, determination and planning of the project expenses and substantiation of its effectiveness taking into account the influence of risk-contributing factors. There were proposed author ways of solving the determined difficulties.
