Abstract

This paper presents the current problem of determining the level of data adequacy of personal medical profiles comparing to the online information tracks of the same persons. In this work, the analysis of data verification of personal medical profiles of several major medical information systems is conducted. The analysis of data adequacy level of personal medical profiles of major medical centers is carried out based on the algorithm for determining the personal data adequacy and model of personal medical profiles based on online information tracks. The results of the study in the information support system for making medical decisions are implemented. The proposed method of data verification of personal medical profiles is in demand and effective in detecting non-valid accounts and accounts with incorrect or stale data. The effectiveness of the verification system of personal medical profiles shows that the volume of checking personal data by medical workers is reduced by 3–5 times.
