Abstract

The paper examines the prospects for the development of telecommunications in Ukraine. It is established that one of the main directions of development is the development of broadband subscriber access with the use of advanced technological solutions and the development of special telecommunication networks to meet the needs of national security and state defense. The method of synthesis the signals of advanced modulation by cyclic shift of code with adaptation by the speed of information transfer on the basis of perfect binary matrices is offered. The order of generating signals of advanced modulation by cyclic code shift with adaptation on information rate based on perfect binary matrices and its subprocesses is considered: subprocess of generating alphabet the signals of advanced modulation by cyclic code shift based on perfect binary matrices; subprocess for assessing the characteristics of the radio propagation medium; subprocess of generating signals of advanced modulation by cyclic shift of code with adaptation on information transfer rate on the basis of perfect binary matrices. The model and algorithm of correlation processing of signals of the advanced modulation by cyclic shift of the code with adaptation on speed of information transfer on the basis of perfect binary matrices are developed. The introduction of the method of synthesis and correlation processing of advanced modulation signals by cyclic code shift with adaptation to the speed of information transmission based on perfect binary matrices in promising special purpose radio communications will provide high noise immunity, structural and energy secretion of signals.
