Method of Primary Processing Unstructured Medical Data

Abstract

The article presents an approach for the primary processing of unstructured text data in medical protocols, which are stored and distributed in the form of pdf files. Research begins with an analysis of methods for the presentation and processing of medical protocols with a lack of a universal structure. In the course of the work, the problem of primary data processing for clinical protocols was solved on the example of the unified clinical protocol of primary, secondary (specialized) and tertiary (highly specialized) medical care. As a result, a method of primary data processing was developed to create a clear structure of disease symptoms. A medical protocol-based disease map in the JSON format is presented.
